This year, the Skokie Health and Human Services Department (HHS) will hold two clinics to offer flu shots to Skokie residents ages 4 years and older at Oakton Park, 4701 Oakton St. Residents can schedule appointments for the flu shot clinics beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6 at on the Village's website or by calling 847-933-8252.

Clinics will be held on Wednesday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Thursday, October 12, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- New this year: HHS will offer Flublok as an option for residents ages 65 and older. Flublok is one of the three vaccines the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have identified as “preferred for residents ages 65 and older.”
- You will be asked to provide Medicare information. For those without Medicare, you'll be asked to provide insurance information to defray the cost of the program. This program is free to Skokie residents; there will be no charge regardless of insurance status.
- Please bring identification showing proof of residence and your Medicare card (if applicable) and medical insurance card.
Fall Flu Shots for Children ages 6 months to 4 years old
The Skokie Health and Human Services Department can provide flu shots to children ages 6 months to 4 years old. Beginning October 16, residents can call 847-933-8252 to schedule an appointment for their child.
