[ARCHIVED] Official Trick or Treat Hours in Skokie

Carved Pumpkins (JPG)

Official Trick-or-Treat Hours in Skokie - Sunday, October 31, 3 to 8 p.m.

Official Trick-or-Treat hours in Skokie are from 3 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 31. Please do not ring doorbells before or after these hours, and do not ring doorbells of homes that do not have a porch light turned on.

It's always good to have parents go along for the fun, and costumes with reflective tape are a plus, too.

Have a safe and happy Halloween!

Pumpkin Composting

Drop your pumpkins off at the dumpster in the parking lot across from Village Hall, on the northwest corner of Oakton Street and Floral Avenue on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Painted pumpkins are fine, but please no candles, googly eyes, yarn, plastic or other non-biodegradable materials.

Can’t make it to the event? Just smash your pumpkins in your garden to add nutrients to your soil.
