The Skokie Public Works crews found a few minutes recently to make a new video about how they gear up to clear Skokie streets of snow.

The Village's alternate-side parking program goes into effect for at least two days after a snowfall of two inches or more so that Skokie Public Works crews can plow Skokie streets from curb to curb, assuring safe passage for motorists and - importantly - emergency vehicles.
