Construction of the 8000 North project is now underway on the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Oakton Street. The 12-story, 153-unit building will feature luxury rental apartments and a six-story parking garage with 192 spaces for tenants and an additional 73 public parking spaces. The building’s rooftop design includes a fitness center, great room with fireplace, outdoor barbeque area, coffee lounge, garden areas and other amenities for building tenants to enjoy. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2020.
