[ARCHIVED] Oakton Street Lane Closure at Lincoln Avenue

Lane Closure for Construction Activity on Oakton Street between Laramie Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. 

Beginning on Monday, February 17, 2020, construction operations for the 8000 North Development will begin on Oakton Street. The north curb lane on Oakton Street will be closed to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers. Weather permitting, lane closures are expected to be in place through Friday, March 27, 2020.

The curb lane for westbound traffic will be closed and traffic will be limited to one lane for westbound direction. The two eastbound through lanes will remain open. During this time, please consider taking an alternate route if possible. For more information, please contact the Engineering Division at 847/933-8231.
