The event is for individuals 18 to 35 years old who have an interest in learning about a career in the fire service with the Skokie Fire Department. During the event the Skokie Fire Department will provide an introduction to the Skokie Fire Department, a structure fire response demonstration, a vehicle extrication demonstration, an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) demonstration, and specialized rescue overview and demonstration.
