Commercial Refuse and Recycling Program The Village approved a new solid waste contract with Veolia Waste Services for the Village's Commercial Refuse and Recycling Program. Veolia will begin serving franchise customers February 1, 2005. Commercial recycling remains a major program goal. The Village encourages businesses to take advantage of the recycling opportunity to possibly further reduce refuse service costs.
